Focus Training
Train your attention like a muscle.
We spend 25 minutes building direct, conscious control of your attention — so you can place it, hold it, soften it, widen it, and return. You’ll feel what a grounded, regulated body actually feels like, and you’ll learn how to access that on purpose. This becomes your “power on” for the day.
Follow Through (Work Sprints)
Apply it to real life.
We choose up to three “hard things” from your real life and move them together in short cycles of focused action and full release. By the end of the session, something is actually moved — sent, started, answered, released, or scheduled.
Flow Q&A / Group Coaching
Your attention style, supported.
Twice a week (Tues/Thurs), you can ask anything. Freeze, overwhelm, scrolling, overthinking, sensitive nervous system, all-or-nothing patterns — all welcome. We help you work with your own wiring instead of trying to “fix” yourself.
Virtual Ice Plunge Reset
Five-minute nervous system reset.
Safe, high-intensity nervous system work to discharge tension and come back online clear, energized, and present — especially when everything feels like too much. Happens Wednesdays, right after Morning Focus & Flow.
Wins & Wrap (Day 5)
Integration + proof.
We close together. We look at what you actually moved over these 5 days, feel what relaxed power is like in your body now, and anchor how to keep accessing it.
Early Access Classes
🎯 Focus Training (Mon–Fri).
Short guided sessions to build calm power in your system and give you direct control of your attention — like strength training, but for your mind and nervous system.
⚡Follow Through (Work Sprint) (Mon–Fri).
We do “the hard thing” together in short, focused bursts with built-in recovery. You’ll move real tasks from your actual life (the email, the form, the message, the decision).
💬 Coaching & Q&A (Tues/Thurs).
Live support twice a week. Bring what’s real for you — procrastination, freeze, overwhelm, “I can’t make myself start.” We’ll help you work with your wiring, not against it.
❄️ Virtual Cold Plunge Reset (Weds).
A nervous-system downshift to release tension fast and come back online clear and energized. No water, just guided attention and body work.

On the last day, we anchor what moved, feel what relaxed power is like in your body now, and name what comes next.
